Back to Fiction: What I'm Reading This Month

I had a lot of time at home during the COVID-19 pandemic and the opportunity to read more books and expand my thoughts and views.

There is a book that I have been buying for a long time, in 2016 I did not make a mistake, but time constraints to read. Alhamdulillah, this year, there is sustenance for me to spend. The book's entitled Masuk Syurga Laju-laju by Ahmad Damha.

Simple Design and Catchy

I really like the simple cover design of this book and the catchy title for readers like me.

Although I am not the type of person who likes to read books of Islamic and motivation, but, this book was interesting for me to bought it.

Creative Content

Various stories that continue to hit our hearts, daily stories that are sometimes considered trivial and just a whirlwind of empty talk in the evening. The author appears to give wisdom for every common scenario we see and experience.

There are also stories that are funny and sarcastic, but I like the way the delivery of the written reasons unpretentious and acceptable to me. There is one story that really fits my situation, which is Boikot Tapi Mahu. This story really made me feel like I was hit on the cheek in my imagination.

Understanding the meaning

“Everybody wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die” - Ahmad Damha

The sentence is simple but deep in meaning. That is the nature of our lives as human beings. For those who are Muslims, we have been taught from childhood that whoever wants to go to heaven, must do good deeds.

This book is very interesting. Please buy and read and you will get what I said above and even more words that can make us aware. Sometimes we do not realize what we are doing is not good and can be improved. We are just weak human beings in the sight of Allah SWT.
